We deliver to the countries listed below except to the following islands:

All packages can be tracked using your shipment identification number.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified delivery within Germany takes place within 3 to 5 days.
Delivery outside of Germany takes places within 10 to 30 days after order confirmation. Please note that no shipping takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
In case the items you ordered have separate delivery times we will ship both items together on the later date,
unless you request two separate deliveries. Please note that extra costs may occur if you request separate deliveries.
In case you would like to pick up your order yourself in our store we will notify you via email once your items are packed and ready for pick up.
There is no additional cost for pick up.
Terms of payment
Payment in advance by bank transfer
After conclusion of the contract you will receive an invoice from us listing all necessary details for the transfer.
Your order will be shipped immediately after receipt of the full amount.
Payment by PayPal
After placing your order you will be redirected to PayPal immediately and may conveniently and securely make your payment via PayPal. Upon receipt of your payment we will immediately pack and ship your order.
Payment with credit card
Payment by credit card is carried out by PayPal. You will not need a PayPal account.
Payment with direct debit
Payment with direct debit is carried out by PayPal. You will not need a PayPal account.
Payment on self pickup
Pick up your ordered items in our retail store in Scharfenstein and pay there with your debit card, credit card, via smartphone (Google pay, Apple pay) or in cash.
